Shipping Policy

Orders submitted through our store are normally prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. Once handed to a carrier, estimated shipping or delivery is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends, holidays, weather, peak demand and carrier interruptions may affect progress.

Checkout determines the available services, destination restrictions and any free-shipping eligibility. Please supply a complete and accurate mailing address, email address and phone number. We may ask for a correction before dispatch if information is incomplete or cannot be verified.

Tracking details are sent when available, and a carrier scan may appear later than the dispatch notice. For a delayed or missing parcel, or one marked delivered that you cannot locate, send the order number, checkout email and tracking number so that we can investigate.

If delivery arrives damaged, retain the packaging and provide clear photographs of the parcel and item. Some products, addresses or regions may have service restrictions. Contact us with the order reference and destination details for assistance; any replacement or refund is reviewed under the applicable policy.
