Free shipping is available only when confirmed at checkout. Normal processing takes approximately 1–2 business days, followed by estimated shipping or delivery of 3–5 business days; arrival times are estimates, not guarantees.

Yes, you may request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days after delivery for a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong item. We accept defective and non-defective returns; non-defective goods must remain new, unused and in original condition with packaging, tags and accessories.

A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Obtain authorization before posting the return. Exchanges depend on actual stock, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
