Payment Policy

We begin processing an order only when payment has been successfully authorized. Available payment methods are limited to the genuine options displayed in checkout for that transaction.

The payment service may approve, review, decline or request verification of a transaction. Enter accurate billing and account details; high-risk, incomplete or unverified payments can delay an order or lead to cancellation.

Complete card numbers are not stored on these information pages. Contact the issuing bank or payment provider about declined payments, authorization holds, exchange-rate charges, chargebacks or disputes, as those processes are generally controlled by them.

An approved refund is normally returned using the original payment method. The financial institution determines when a processed credit becomes visible.
